WILLIAM C. CLAYTON

Mr. Clayton directs marketing, leasing and management of investment properties and the origination and development of new accounts and provides consulting services.

Prior to joining The Krauss Organization, Mr. Clayton was associated with The Galbreath Company, Merrill Lynch Capital Markets National Commercial Real Estate and Grubb & Ellis, in their investment property divisions. Mr. Clayton has more than 15 years' experience specializing in investment real estate.

Previously, Mr. Clayton served as the regional operations manager for a major retail chain with responsibility for seventeen stores consisting of 1.2 million square feet with locations in a 3-state area. Mr. Clayton's responsibilities included inventory shrinkage control, budgeting and expense control of store operations.

Currently, Mr. Clayton also has mortgage broker and mortgage broker business licenses.

Mr. Clayton attended Purdue University majoring in business administration and received specialized training in real estate finance, appraisal and property management and received the CCIM designation in the 1980s. Mr. Clayton has represented several national clients in the sale and acquisition of major investment properties.
