We are a fifty-six-year-old company, locally founded and locally owned.
Our level of professionalism is demonstrated by the fact that we have two SIORs, one CCIM, and one CPM in our company.

We are a team-oriented company with our philosophy centering around:

During calendar year 2008, we expect to complete transactions totaling over 3,000,000 square feet. Over the last six years, we have completed transactions totaling over 15,000,000 square feet with a value in excess of $275,000,000.

Timely status reports are provided to owners as requested on every listing taken by the company. Copies of these status reports are provided to the president.

At weekly sales meetings, which include Property Management, various transactions are discussed to allow for a teamwork approach to assure we are taking the most appropriate action on each transaction. The company encourages this teamwork approach, actively involving at least two associates on every listing.
We subscribe to the N.A.R. and the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors' Code of Ethics. Any violation of this code of ethics would result in dismissal from the company.

The Krauss Organization provides full-service brokerage capabilities including marketing and management of all types of commercial real estate.

Our quality assurance program is a critical ingredient to our success. Our primary measurement tool is the satisfaction of our clients. But to assure we are doing a quality job, the following procedures are adhered to:

1. All outgoing correspondence is copied and a copy is provided weekly to the broker/owner for review.
2. Master legal files are maintained on every listing and/or contract pending. The broker/owner on a monthly basis spot checks these files.
3. Every listing and corresponding marketing plan is reviewed and approved by the president.
