LARRY MASSINGILL, CHAIRMAN |

J. Larry Massingill
is chairman of The Krauss Organization. Larry structured the purchase
of the brokerage division of The Krauss Organization from its founder
in March 1988, and has developed the company from seven (7) associates
doing exclusively industrial real estate to a full-service commercial
brokerage firm with twenty one (21) sales associates.
Larry Massingill
brings 22 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real
estate, including construction, management, investing/ownership,
and brokerage of investment grade transactions. Larry is experienced
in working out problem real estate and in development of creative
marketing strategies for the disposition of significant real estate
assets.
As a graduate
of the University of South Florida with a B.A. in accounting, Larry
enjoyed a successful career as a senior vice president with a large
financial institution and subsequent to that as a financial consultant
on real estate and construction-related activities. During this
period of self-employment, he purchased various parcels of real
estate, structured partnerships and sold for a profit. Aside from
The Krauss Organization, Larry owns and manages a number of parcels
of real estate within the Tampa Bay area.
Larry is the
former chairman of the Board of Fellows at the University of Tampa,
a former member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Tampa
and a member of Leadership Tampa. Larry is also involved with a
number of real estate organizations and is a past president of the
Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors.

Ryan Lolkus
is a principal of The Krauss Organization, joining the company
in 2002. Ryan specializes in investment, office, industrial and
build-to-suit projects where he consistently provides detailed
responsive real estate services to his clients. He is known for
providing strategic real estate consulting services to assist
his clients in their various transactional needs. His goal is
to empower his clients to make better real estate decisions, enhance
asset value, decrease occupancy costs, maximize profits and increase
overall shareholder value.
Ryan is a
graduate of Mankato State University, where he received a BS in
Business Administration, with concentrations in Marketing, Real
Estate, Insurance, and Computer Science. He has been a resident
of Tampa since 1991 from which he managed territory and national
sales for two multinational companies in the Retail and Foodservice
businesses.
Ryan is active
in a number of professional and civic organizations.

Valerie attended
the University of South Florida and worked at Freedom Savings in
the General Services area handling corporate real estate requirements.
Subsequently, she obtained her Florida real estate broker's license
in 1983 and started Massingill Enterprises, a licensed real estate
brokerage operation. In 1988, she, along with her husband, acquired
The Krauss Organization, one of the largest independently owned
brokerage operations in the Tampa Bay area. Valerie is currently
Executive Vice President and is involved in all aspects of the commercial
real estate arena. Valerie also serves as Vice President of Membership
on the Board of West Coast Business Professionals, a NAFE affiliate. |
| EVELYNE
ANDRETTA, SIOR |

|
Evelyne serves as executive
vice president of The Krauss Organization. She started her real
estate career with J.L. Hearin, Inc., a company which she eventually
owned. In 1978, Ms. Andretta sold J.L. Hearin, Inc., to Cushman
and Wakefield where she served as branch manager and broker. She
joined The Krauss Organization in 1991.
Ms. Andretta was the first
woman admitted to the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office
REALTORS. She has served as national district vice president and
regional vice president, as well as state president. She has served
as a member of the National Association of Corporate Real Estate
Executives (NACORE), National Association of Industrial and Office
Properties (Board of Directors), served on the Board of Governors
of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, as well as other outstanding
business and professional organizations. Ms. Andretta won the prestigious
Hall of Fame Award from the National Association of Industrial and
Office Properties in 1997.
Ms. Andretta specializes
in industrial leasing, sales and site selection.
Among Ms. Andretta's many
clients have been: Citicorp, Baxter-Travenol, Boise-Cascade, Dana
Corporation, General Electric, and Kraft, Inc. |

F. THOMAS, CPM, DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT |

Chuck Thomas is the Director
of Property Management of The Krauss Organization. After graduating
from the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Business Management,
Chuck served five years in the U.S. Air Force as a fighter pilot.
Following the Air Force, Chuck worked in residential real estate
and then several years in general aviation aircraft sales. For the
last twenty-five years Chuck has been in commercial real estate management
and leasing.
Chuck holds the designation
of Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate
Management. |

SEIDLE |

Joe Seidle has been a sales
associate with The Krauss Organization for over 20 years and is
experienced in most phases of commercial real estate sales and leasing.
Recently Joe represented the seller on the sale of the newly constructed,
five-story, Class "A" corporate headquarters office building
near Tampa International Airport seen below.

He is a thirty-one year
resident of the Tampa Bay area and a 1981 graduate of the University
of South Florida. After several years working within the Hillsborough
County government, he joined The Krauss Organization in 1984 and
quickly established himself as one of the firm's top producers.
In 1986, he completed the largest transaction in the company's history
and has since earned eleven Top Producer of the Year Awards at Krauss.
Joe was a past recipient of the Eagle Award as the Top Associate
in the Southeast United States by New America International. His
areas of experience include industrial and office building sales
and leasing, investment property sales and vacant land sales.
Joe also holds an active
Mortgage Brokers license and has arranged the permanent financing
for office, industrial and retail buildings throughout the bay area.
His list of completed assignments include over 1,000,000 square
feet of buildings leased, more than 1,500,000 square feet of buildings
sold, and land sales totaling over 7,500 acres.

HAMILTON-SMITH |

Leanne
Hamilton-Smith brings to The Krauss Organization her experience
in the overseeing, managing and leasing of over approximately 15,000,000
square feet of commercial real estate comprised of professional
office buildings, office/warehouse centers, distribution centers,
and a shopping center. In the last fourteen years with Krauss, she
has leased, managed and sold over 8,000,000 square feet.
Leanne is a graduate of Hillsborough Community College and the University of South Florida where she majored in law.
Leanne
is experienced in the development, construction, structuring, management,
and lease-up of several office facilities within the Tampa Bay area.
She also has a proven track record with distressed office buildings.
She was
the first female recipient of The Krauss Organization's Top Producer Award. She has received an award from Krauss every year since 1998. She also received the Florida Gulfcoast Association Of Realtors'
Office Deal Of The Year. Leanne was a Florida Real
Estate Journal's Top Women in Florida Commercial Real Estate nominee
for 2003. Through her involvement and associations with NAIOP, BOMA,
the Tampa and Safety Harbor Chambers and the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial
Association of Realtors she has networked and developed many professional
relationships throughout the Bay Area and with national corporations..

C. CLAYTON |

Mr. Clayton is an investment
brokerage specialist. Prior to joining The Krauss Organization,
Mr. Clayton was associated with The Galbreath Company, Merrill Lynch
Capital Markets National Commercial Real Estate and Grubb & Ellis,
in their investment property divisions. William has more than 15
years of experience specializing in investment real estate. William
achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation
in the 1980s. Currently, William has a mortgage broker business
license.
Mr. Clayton attended Purdue
University majoring in business administration and received specialized
training in real estate finance, appraisal and property management.
Mr. Clayton has represented several national clients in the sale
and acquisition of major investment properties.

| RONALD
E. FABER |

|
Ronald (Ron) Faber has over
25 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, development,
and property management. Prior to joining The Krauss Organization,
Ron developed over 350,000 square feet of industrial buildings in
Hillsborough and Pinellas County. Industrial park developments in
Hillsborough County included Jetport and 56th Commerce Park, along
with Metropointe in Pinellas County.
After service in the U.S.
Marines, Ron continued his education majoring in accounting at the
University of South Florida.

| DAVID
PARRIS |
|
|
David has been involved
in all phases of commercial sales and leasing for the past 20 years.
Before opening the Pasco/Hernando office for The Krauss Organization,
he managed the Commercial Property Division for a Pasco County real
estate firm for nine years.
David attended Pennsylvania
State University and has an extensive background in commercial site
development and construction. He previously operated The Parris
Company, general contractors in Pennsylvania, for many years.
David is an active member
and director of the New Port Richey Rotary Club, a founding member
of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors, and
a member of the West Pasco Board of Realtors. |

THOMAS GIBBS |

J. Thomas Gibbs,
a native of Virginia, attended Virginia Commonwealth University
and is a licensed Real Estate Broker and investor. In July 2000,
he was appointed by Governor Jeb Bush to the Governing Board of
the Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority, of which he
is Vice-Chairman, and Chairman of the Authority's Finance and Administrative
Committee. He is also Chairman of TEAM Florida, the statewide association
of toll agencies. Tom was President of Realty International, a Virginia-based
industrial development firm, when he moved to Florida in 1973. The
following year, he formed GGC & Associates and developed a large
industrial complex in east Tampa. He is a member of the American
Southern and Florida Industrial Development Councils. An avid supporter
of the University of Florida athletic program, Tom is a long-time
member of the Gator Boosters. He is also a life member of Sertoma
International, a 32nd Mason, past Chairman of the East Hillsborough
Chapter of Ducks Unlimited, and a past Chairman of his church board.
Tom served in the United States Navy from 1958 to 1962. He and his
wife of 35 years, Brenda, have 2 children and 8 grandchildren. In
his free time, Tom likes to hunt, fish and travel.

SARICH |

Dave is an experienced sales professional with over 25 years of diverse, progressive sales and sales management expertise encompassing territory and account development. A graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, he enjoyed a successful career in the transportation industry with Roadway Package System and FedEx Services where he established himself as both a top performer in sales and an effective district sales manager. Since his transition to commercial real estate with The Krauss Organization in 2003, he has represented both national and local companies concentrating primarily in the industrial, office and land sectors. His extensive sales experience has proven beneficial in developing marketing strategies and problem solving for his clients.

| MICHAEL
MALONEY |

Michael Maloney
is a specialist in retail leasing and hospitality related real estate
acquisitions. This focus is based on many years of experience working
in the hospitality segment with restaurant chains and food manufacturers.
As a member of the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association
and the International Council of Shopping Centers, Michael works
closely with multiple restaurant chains headquartered throughout
the Southeast doing site selection work.
Michael is a
graduate of New York University, where he received a degree in Economics.
Upon leaving New York City, Michael lived in Japan where he worked
for the Japanese Government. He also traveled throughout Asia and
South America working for one of Japan's largest seafood importers.
A native of Ft. Lauderdale, he has been a resident of Tampa since
1987, from which he managed a regional sales team throughout the
Southeast and Caribbean for some of America's largest food manufacturers.
Michael speaks Japanese and is a member of the Association of Florida
Teachers of Japanese. He is a volunteer coach for Bayshore Little
League, a member of the Knights of Columbus, and member of the Christ
the King parish community. He remains active with the NYU Alumni
Chapter of West Florida and the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce.
He and his wife Peggy reside in South Tampa and have two children.

Lawrence (Larry)
Brown was born in New Jersey and raised in Rhode Island. He earned
a BA in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island and
was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant of Air Defense Artillery in
the United States Army. He earned a Masters in Public Administration
from West Virginia University. He served over 20 years as a US Army
Officer, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He earned a Bronze Star
as a member of the U.S. Central Command during Operation Desert
Storm. He joined The Krauss Organization shortly after retiring
in 1995. With the belief that real estate, like military service,
is based on Trust, Confidence and Commitment to those you serve;
Larry chose to work as part of a team with fellow retired Army Officer,
Bob Donnelly. As Director of General Commercial Real Estate Services,
Larry is involved in all facets of the commercial real estate industry
with concentration on investment properties, and leasing of office
and industrial real estate. Larry and his wife Jan, a flight simulation
computer engineer with CAE USA, are avid golfers. They have three
sons: Matthew, who works at Shands Medical Center in Gainesville,
Florida; Geoffrey, who works at Capital One in Richmond, Virginia;
and Nathan, a graduate of the United States Military Academy at
West Point and currently serving as an Army Officer in Iraq. |

DONNELLY |

Bob Donnelly,
a native of New York, received his BA degree from Niagara University
and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant of Armor in the United
States Army. He has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from
Western Kentucky University and a Masters Degree in Journalism from
the University of North Texas. His military service included duty
in Europe, Central America, Africa and the United States. In September
1995, he retired from the military, as a Lieutenant Colonel, and
entered the field of commercial real estate with The Krauss Organization
in Tampa, Florida. With the belief that real estate, like military
service, is based on Trust, Confidence and Commitment to those you
serve; Bob chose to work as part of a team with fellow retired Army
Officer, Larry Brown. As Director of General Commercial Real Estate
Services, Bob is involved in all facets of the commercial real estate
industry with concentration on investment properties, and leasing
of office and industrial buildings real estate. Bob and his wife
Laraine have two sons, both of whom are active duty Army Officers.

OWEN |

Pete Owen recently
joined The Krauss Organization with a wide range of experience.
He graduated from the University of Houston in 1980 with a degree
in Business Technology. Upon graduation, Pete was commissioned as
an officer in the United States Army where he spent the next twenty
years before retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel from U.S. Central
Command in Tampa. After retiring, Pete spent 5 years managing Humanitarian
Demining programs in the Middle East and Africa for a small U.S.
firm. During these five years, Pete became an investor in commercial
real estate. After deciding to transition out of the international
arena and into real estate full time, Pete earned his real estate
license, began working as Vice President for Operations for a local
construction company specializing in commercial and custom home
construction, and joined The Krauss Organization. Pete's experience
with real estate is significant, as most of the projects he managed
dealt with buying, selling, leasing, and constructing some form
of real estate. Pete has an in-depth knowledge of developing property
and commercial construction. He is focusing on raw land, retail
centers, and industrial properties. |
| JOSEPH " ED" ISOLANI |
|
Ed Isolani is an Associate in The Krauss Organization Pasco/Hernando office. He joined the team in January 2007. He brings a rich and varied experience in administration, executive management and contract development. Ed is a graduate of Nicholas State University and has completed extensive postgraduate studies in Management and Administration. Most recently he has received the designation of Certified Education Administrator from Georgia Southern University. Ed retired after serving as Juvenile Probation and Parole Director for the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections for the last 8 of his 28 years of service. Ed has had several years of experience in real-estate sales in Louisiana. He moved to Pasco County to become Executive Director of the New Port Richey Marine Institute, a program that was designed as an alternative to incarceration for juvenile offenders.
Ed lives in New Port Richey with his wife of 30 years Mary. Mary is an Ophthalmic Assistant, in Tarpon Springs. His present passion is music. He plays guitar and entertains occasionally at various locations in the New Port Richey area. |

Marc Bowman, a native of Dayton, Ohio, attended Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. Before moving to New Port Richey in 1973, he was employed by Copco Papers, Inc.
In New Port Richey, he owned and operated his own business for 20 years. In 1991 he joined Barnett Bank as Vice President and Office Manager. After the sale of Barnett Bank he was affiliated with Huntington Bank of Ohio, Gulf Stream Community Bank of Port Richey, Florida, and retired from Republic Bank in 2007.
He is active in many local community organizations; New Port Richey Rotary Club, Pasco Hernando Community College Foundation, West Pasco Chamber of Commerce and Morton Plant Mease North Bay Hospital Board of Trustees.

Born in the Philippines and raised on Guam, Lorna has lived stateside since receiving her Bachelors Degree in Communications from Temple University in Philadelphia. Her first job out of college as a copywriter for a Philadelphia radio station led to a position as an account executive, selling radio time to local area businesses. Advertising sales soon led to insurance sales. She eventually moved to Pinellas County in 1984, continuing her professional career in health insurance sales and marketing for several years.
While on hiatus from her sales career to raise two children, Lorna was actively involved in community, religious, and charitable organizations as a volunteer, often taking on leadership positions and heading up special projects and programs. Her daughter, Jessica, graduated from Georgetown University and is now a Washington DC resident, on staff as a writer for US News and World Report Digital Weekly. Her son, Kyle, is a sophomore student-athlete at Brown University in Rhode Island, majoring in Commerce, Organization and Entrepreneurship. He is on the varsity football team as a defensive tackle.
Now a licensed real estate associate, Lorna recently joined The Krauss Organization as an Office Leasing Specialist with an area of concentration within Pinellas County. She continues her volunteer work in addition to her involvement with professional and networking groups. |
